Yes. The horsebox must be returned full of fuel to the maximum level otherwise there is a re-fuelling charge.
Yes. The horsebox must be returned to us swept out and any droppings/wet washed out as well as possible. The cab must be left as it is found and any rubbish taken with you.
On arrival you have the option to choose between either a refundable deposit of £500 which is held for the duration of your hire and returned to you subject to any potential damage being deducted. OR our crash damage waiver which is a one off payment of £19 per day. Please see T&C’s for further information.
In the event of a cancellation bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of your booking. If you cancel your booking with more than 7 days notice you may re-book using monies paid against a future hire.
Yes. 200 miles are included in your hire, anything over this is charged at 40p per mile.
